Sure will. Doesn't mean they'll work the same. Any spring/shock/coilovers setup is gonna be about a 1/2" difference from something made for the G. Remember, the G is the "luxury touring" version of the Z. Its not as raw as the Z.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Wrong dirty, the front shocks will not fit the G37. The bottoms are different.
