Raybestos suspension kit
Raybestos suspension kit
I'm planning on buying this front suspension kit for my 127k mileage G coupe. Anybody have any reviews for the product? And this kit wouldn't conflict with 05 350z springs right? Since the G pretty much shares the same suspension parts.
Why would you say that? I changed my wheel bearings because of a creaking and knocking noise i heard when turning the wheel, especially when going onto an incline. But after that i still hear it on both sides. So shouldn't i just re-do the whole suspension now before the car begins to age even further?
What do you mean by "no need to replace upper control arms with an equal part"? flew over my head
I mean if you're gonna replace the upper control arms you should replace it with a better, adjustable one. If you replace it with a part that just replaces your original, you're just wasting your money. Unless of course, there's something wrong with your current ones, but I doubt that very much. Its such a passive part.
And about replacing your entire suspension to solve a creak issue, it would be more useful for you in the future to know exactly what's creaking, and just replacing that part. I'd put my money on the compression rods or LCA

Like dirty said, locate the problem rather than resorting to replacing the whole suspension unnecessarily. 127k miles is a good amount but does not mean it's time for a suspension overhaul. If you were to bend or break something because of an accident it would be understandable to replace it but just for a noise is unnecessary. Just locate it and fix it and save $. Can't go wrong with an SPC alignment kit tho.
