coupe struts in a sedan?

Hey guys, i'm in the market for new struts for my 2003 G35 Sedan.

Keep in mind, this baby has 450'000 KMs!!!!! on it. So i'm not looking for quality, i just want something cheap, that still won't break in a year.

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions, and if the Coupe struts will work in my Sedan? I found a descent deal on some for a Coupe.

Also, what's the difference between, a Strut assembly and and a Shock Absorber alone, I noticed one was way cheaper. Can i just buy the shock absorber and take **** off my old strut and put it on the new one?

As long as the coupe is an 03-07 you'll be fine. The strut assembly consists of the strut, the spring and the mount.
