Simple question on rims

Hey guys, i have a 2003 G35 coupe and i'm thinking of going with 19x10.5 maybe 11's. I don't want to go to extreme. If i could buy 18x10.5 or 11's that would be awesome. However, i am planning on getting some coilovers (Maybe BC's) Do i have to buy an camber kit? I want my rears to stick out a little. Do i need to roll the fenders if i go 10.5 or 11's?

Thanks guys.

It will ALL depend on the Offset. I think most go with 10.5" but I don't know the offsets for the coupe. I think the factory offsets are like +15-17. I know that with a 9" rim on my sedan, a +30 is a perfect flush without any fender mods.
