So now to complete my rotor/pad/caliper combo... What calipers should I get?

I got the EBC premium black minus slots/drills, along with Akebono ceramic pads. Tip of the hat to vendors on this forum. Special shoutout to Joker who I basically copied because his pictorial review was the most useful post I found.

Now it's time to change my calipers, and here we go, another review of vendors/brands:

Rockauto - A1 Cardone, Centric Premiums, Power Stop red ones (I have a red car so might be ok color scheme wise), Wagner, Beck, list goes on and on...

First question is... Does it matter which one I choose? G35X 2006... 12.6" rotors on front, 12.1" on the rear. Does this come in a variety of sizes or can I just get any OEM sized replacement? There are almost zero reviews of any sort online, even within these forums it seems that perhaps nobody needs them enough to talk about them, or does BBK and therefore OEM are boring and never replaced.

I guess I ask because the Power Stop ones are awkward.

Rockauto POWER STOP S2792A is clearly under the G35 2006.
Then Amazon says it doesn't fit:
Amazon.com: Power Stop S2792A Performance Caliper: Automotive Amazon.com: Power Stop S2792A Performance Caliper: Automotive

Autoanything also says it doesn't fit:

So... am I going to be buying, attempting to install, and then returning several rounds of calipers, or how does one even tell? Any difference between 2006 G35 and G35X, caliper-wise?

Any specific brand recommendations at all, or will they generally be all the same? Because the pictures all look very different... I suppose just colors are different, but sometimes they look actually different.

All the Stuff pads seemed... stuffy. Dusty. Squeaky. I dunno, Akebono reviews seemed better. Less complaints, at least. And Joker used them, so why not. Nobody else showing me pictures of 10, 20, 50k progress on rotors and pads after purchase.

If you have akebono pads, you need akebono calipers. Someone who knows for sure chime in.

Akrbono makes pads for oem calipers as well. They aren't just performance brake manufactures.
