Help: bolt on top of rear shock stuck

G35 sedan 6 spd
Help: bolt on top of rear shock stuck
Just looking to get some help here guys. Bolt is stuck on top of rear shocks. I have tried the following:

1) grips and wrench (end snapped off)

2) putting on car and removed rear seats (but it keeps spinning)

3) liquid wrench

Open to suggestions..

So the shock mount is stuck to the shock?

I ended up using a Dremel to split one of the nuts in half to remove it.

I had to do exactly that..lol..sparks everywhere..
