rear brakes

For some reason my car eats up my rear brake pads faster than my fronts. I upgraded the pads and rotors a little over a year ago. This past January I noticed my rear pads were getting low so I did front and rear pads again. Just last week I started hearing a squeaking noise so I took it in to get checked and its my rear pads again. I already finished most of them and its the wear indicator that's causing the squeak, fronts are fine. Was wondering what kind of pads I should upgrade since it is obvious the ones the shop is using are not going to work.

Are you making sure to bleed the brakes when you repair the brakes? Sounds like the front pads aren't doing most of the stopping and it's causing excess wear on the rear, possibly worn/damaged calipers.
