Question Rear Calipers with or without sport package??

Picked up a 2007 coupe .... needs left rear caliper.... went to NAPA parts guy says there are 2 different calipers listed with sports package and without.... what's the difference? The car has aftermarkets springs, shocks and rims .... how do determine which calipers I need ........when he has to order them in from warehouse.... any help would be appreciated

I think the brakes on 2006-2007 were all the same regardless of sport package, there is the 2003-2004 Brembo, 2003-2004 NON-Brembo, 2005-2009 Sport / Non-Akebono (Akebono wasn't an option for 2005-2007 but the same rotor was used 2008-2009 on the non-akebono equipped models).

Take a measurement of the rotor diameter and have him compare against their specs.
