I went ahead and split the callipers on be vehicle to fully disassemble and powder coat them - in retrospect it turns out that I shouldn't have taken them apart, but whats done is done at this point.
What torque do the 4 bolts connecting the two callipers need to be tightened too - I'm assuming the fronts will be a bit higher than the rears.
Any help would be great - obviously tons of thread lock will be used.
If you do decide to re-use them, there is a lot of discrepancy about how tight they're supposed to be. There are tons of videos on YouTube of people separating the halves for paint or PC and then re-tightening them but none of them mention how tight they put the bolts. Here are some links to a Porsche forum where it's anywhere from 55-70 ft lbs.
Make sure to clean out the threads REALLY well before reassembling. Otherwise you can get false readings on the torque. Also, and I didn't read the above referenced specification docs, but you need to find out if they are meant to be torqued "wet" or dry.

I ended up giving them a good clean, loctite and then torqued the rear left caliper bolts to 130 and they snapped. I ended up getting new rear hardware and then torqued them to 145 without issue. The fronts I think I did to 155/160. I've driven on the brakes now for over a month with some aggressive driving and no issues at all!
Just Curious where did you get the replacement hardware to put the two halves back together? I bought a set of Brembo calipers that were split for sand blasting and the guy lost the bolts that hold the calipers together. SO now I am on this missing to find these bolts. I wish I knew it was going to be this difficult before I bought these.
