What are the specs for front and rear rotors, also the wheel hub runout specs? Would really appreciate the help. Rotors are regular rotors, if that helps.

Sorry for slightly off topic response:
I would just replace rotors if you have pedal vibration/feedback under braking. Who cares about runout, if you get vibration? They are cheap-junk them.

Now for hubs-you need a special tool to measure it-it is not a runout, it is more a "free play". Don't remember the word exactly. Hub is integrated with wheel bearing in the front-if there's a problem you will hear pulsating "woo-woo" sound when turning the opposite way-i.e right side will make noise when you turn left. It has to be done at speed 40+ mph, highway ramps are a good place to test.
Rear bearing last pretty much forever, but the idea is the same.

I also suggest to rotate tires and see if sound moves around. I once spent money to replace bearings, but sound was coming from tires.
