Suspension ?
Has anyone that has changed there springs felt like there struts have started to show wear. When I changed my springs to Neuspeed Springs on my Jetta, my factory struts lasted about 20,000 miles after that then they had to be replaced. And has anyone looked at replacing struts?

Re: Suspension ?
Bigger problem is,...............what aftermarket struts? They don't exist yet. Koni sports will be out this fall. Tokico adjustable's are in R&D now, no ETA. Right now, the only game in town are full bodied coilovers if you want to do lowering right by matching you dampning to spring rates. Also keep in mind that the car comes from the factory with linear springs, all the aftermarket springs are progressive. Not a choice I'd make on a car as high performance as a G35.
I have a set of 350Z springs and struts that I heard just might lower the car 1.5" on install. Plus my ride and drive in the Z told me they are much stiffer than my sedan, just what I want. It'll be at least a week before I can try them out.

Please go to "Raves and Rants" on Craigslist for info on your Jetta.
