Brake Drag

How much are the front brakes supposed to or allowed to drag when the brakes are not applied?

I had the front of the car up the other day and spun the front wheels by hand. Giving 'em a weak "Price is Right" spin would yeild ~2.5 revolutions. I could hear that they were dragging and that the passenger side would drag more than the driver's side. I didn't lift the back end to check if they were doing the same.

hard to tell. maybe you just have to apply anti-seize on the ears of the pads just to lube'em up a little.
