Whats the difference between Hub Centric and Spacer?

Are these the same thing?

I want to put a spacer on my front 2 wheels to bring the wheel out more so its flush with the fender.

What is the safest way to make it come out so i dont have to worry about driving on the wheels?

and money wont matter

And before you FLAME ME, i did a search, nothing

what you want to do is get hub centric spacers.. basically its a spacer that has a lip on it, most of the time when you run a spacer the space is so thick that the wheel no long sits on the hub, by getting a hub centric spacer your basically a spacer with a lip or seat so the wheel can sit on it then gets bolted on the car.

do you know where i can get some 10mm or 15 mm, i have DPE wheels that are 8.0 in the front, i want it to come out flush with the fender like if i were to have a 9.5 in wheel.

you will probably want to extend your lug bolts as well, with a spacer in there. nismo makes them (i installed them on my car) and performance nissan sells them.
