636racer- My setup is for street that can take on most driving conditions
around my area. it includes a few hairpins, a couple nice fast exp ramps,
and long sweepers and rural roads. if i was setting up a track car, i would
use a completely different setup.

teeter- i've driven sports tuned beemers but never gotten the chance to
push it to the limit (wasn't my car)....but I can tell you that the ride
quality is much better on mine and less choppy (sports-sus beemers)
on street. my car turns very well with great posture, none of that
factory-like heavy/slow response.

ever since doing this last setup change on my G35C, my Cooper-S's been
very nervous that it might get sold... i don't drive that car much
these days...

Good info Ken. Is it better to go with the Dsp9(G35) or Dsp7(350z) shocks when getting the 350Z H-Techs?

Either will work, though, the 350z version D-Specs will be the best match with the 350z H-Techs assuming you will not use them with the OEM springs. The only difference is piston travel. I have the G35 version D-Specs on mine as I was initially planning on keeping my springs OEM.

Oops..DSP7's are for G35's and DSP9's are for 350Z. Just double checked.

Just to make sure. The turns that everyone is refering to is from full stiffness? So 4R 3.5F would be 4 turns from full stifness in the rear, and 3.5 turns from full stifness in the front??

I have 4.5 rear and 4.45 front. I'm running Tein S-Tech for the 350Z. I needed the best compromise between street handling and drag strip racing traction. The softer rear will allow the rearend to squat when racing from a dig.
