I was thinking of doing this
front- 03 z springs and z struts
rear- coupe springs and z struts

has anyone done this and would it work fine?
I just want to have more of an even look all around

You'll be fine, just as long as your not considering 03 Z shocks, 04.5 I hope.

Yeah, the '03/'04 Z struts were notoriously bouncy, hence the "revised" version on '04.5/'05's.

04.5 oem Z shocks just to say it, the revision happened part way into the 04 model year. Revised oem Z shocks do have very specific part numbers vs the unrevised shocks. I'll send you a pm to use so you can make certain you don't end up with another set of 03/04 shocks.

Gsedan35, would you mind pm'ing me the 04.5+ part numbers as well? I'm currently looking into buying a 350z setup for my 03 G35. Do you happen to know the part#'s for the 04.5+ springs too?
Thanks,
Jeremy
