lately i've noticed that my stock suspension has been making a weird noise....

when i back out of my driveway (and in certain other low speed situations like speed bumps), i hear like a "pssssshh" from the front suspension (like the sound of a can of compressed air)... is this a normal thing? i never noticed it before a few days ago

 

It has something to do with the brakes cuz I feel it in the pedal and it only does it once.

 

my car does the brake thing also, it's like a scrape noise when you first start driving... the brakes run some kinda check where they brush the pads against the rotors momentarily i think

this noise is different from that. it can occur multiple times throughout a drive, not only when i first start. the car still "feels" fine, i was just wondering what this noise was

 

holy bump, because I seem to be having that same noise after getting new rotors and new brakepads.

 

your ABS will test itself and when it does it makes a slight "click" noise in the front of your vehicle.
