how low can u go on tein basics?

how low can u go on tein basics?

anyone have pics of tein basics cranked all the way down? i'm not saying i wanna do it but just wanted to know how much play it has..thanks

Just follow the link and look at the chart, their you'll see the min and max lowering amounts for all Tein coilovers.

damn it says it can only go about an inch down max on basics..doesnt have very much play then does it..thanks for the link btw

Here is a pic of Annual's car:


You can slam the fronts pretty good, but the rear won't go as low. It will probably look funny if you set both to lowest setting. I just got my Basics on this week, but my initial impression is they are softer than I thought they would be. I will warn you though, my taste leans toward performance over luxury. You feel the road more, but at the same time it recovers much quicker and is a vast improvement over the stock dampening.

ive got the tein basics and my front went down about 2 inches. i have the rear slammed to the bottom. front was a bit lower then the midway point. i love them and they are much better than stock very minimal body roll and smooth for coilovers. for the price they rock. selling mine btw

so Basics are good/ comfortable enough for everyday driving?

I dont want anything too performance related that gives a rough ride.....

very smooth considering its a coilover system. very good performance. i just raised mine back up a bit and i got some more body roll again. i had the rear all the way down and amazing handling...recomend them

Noob question I know but I just swapped these off a 350z and haven't got any instructions or anything on the method of how to lower the front. When I pulled them off the Z it sat and inch maybe and inch and a half off the ground. I'm sitting like three up?!? Where did I to wrong? Does the G sedan just sit higher?
