I've been searching, but I can't find the newer style sway bar end link part #s (beefier on newer Gs). Anybody have them? Thanks.

 

I don't have the part number's. But in examining the new vs old part's the only thing I could see that is different is that the bolt's that go into the sway bar's themselves are a little bit longer. I sourced mine at the Nissan dealer by picking the part numbers that reflected the latest update.
