I would run med/med and test them to see if that suits you. Some hear run them soft/med.

Running mid/mid, but still on stock wheels and tires. If you go 245 front and 275 rear tires, set the sways to stiff in the back(no pun intended).

is there a reason why the rear should be stiff if running those tires?

i have a questions on the holes in the bars

obviously medium is the middle whole
which one is soft and which stiff
soft = one furthest from the end
stiff = the one on the end

or

soft = the one on the end
stiff = one furthest from the end

i will prolly be putting mine on next week

also why would tire size make a difference?
i run a 245 275 set
my guess is because they are wider and already provide more grip
but i dont see why that matters
sways are for body roll

It should not be taken in the context of what the car has, but how does the car feel to him. That is the key to adjustable sway bars, your making changes to get the car's at the limit behavior to suit you. We will all have setup differances that can shape things to a point, but the bars should be used to fine tune to YOUR liking.

To balance the car better, because you have more grip in the back than in the front. Tightening up the back will make the back slide easier than the front, but the back has larger tires, so it kind of evens out. Hope this makes sense. You want to balance the car as much as possible, but it all depends on how you want to set up the car.

gotcha.. my current setup now is soft in the front and med in the rear.. but a lot of people were running that at the beginning.. i've just been too lazy to readjust it.. I'll try med/med on my next oil change when the car is up on the lift and see how that feels.. than med/stiff after.. thx for all the input
