creaking from rear suspension.

are my shocks blown? there's a creaking noise that comes out of my rear suspension every time i go over a speed bump or take a turn that causes the body to roll sllightly. I have a '03 coupe w/ tein flex suspension. the ride doesn't feel any different.

maybz a loose axel. it's a TSB. have you tried removing, and re-installing the flex's? the only way the Flex's will blow is if you drive through Hau Bush frequently, or have a fetish for potholes.

I have a similar noise coming from my rear passenger side as well. Kinda hard to describe the noise but I guess a 'creak' is as close as I can come up with. No matter how slow I go when turning right, into an incline, I get the noise.

Any ideas to what it is as I'm bone stock on my suspension? The car drives great and I wouldn't have even noticed the noise if I didn't have my radio turned off one day.

Maybe its clicking noise when car takes off and stops. If thats the case, I don't know about G35's but 350Z had TBS on them.

My 350Z had clicking noise and dealer fixed it.

Is this the creaking from accelerating or decelerating? That is a common rear axel problem and is fixable under warranty.

If no, not sure what the problem is.

I have the same exact problem with my flex's too. Havent figured out what it is. Had the suspension taken off and reinstalled and everything retightened and it still does it. Fortunately its been getting quiter now so it doesnt bother me as much. If someone knows what it is I would like to know too.

ssk0771 its not the axle thing for mine at least because i had that TSB taken care of even though it never did happen to me.

I'm reviving this thread because I have this problem as well. I just recently installed 350 htechs and hotchkis sways. I get creaks in the rear when I go over speed bumps, driveways, etc.

beangrower, have you solved the creak problem?

If anyone else has a solution, or an idea let me know.

I am going to re-grease the rear sway bushings and hope the creaks go away... where do I get grease?

You just perfectly described the tsb for a clicking rear axle. Now get it fixed.

I have the same issue...and also an appointment on Wednesday w/ the dealer to check out. I didn't know about the TSB, so I'll print that out and bring it in with me.

I would like to know if only those of us with aftermarket suspensions are having the problem. I have an Eibach pro-kit suspension w/ stock shocks (for now).
