What to ask for suspension?

i dunno where to post this so I am going to try here. I have a 2006 Coupe with MT with the sport suspension. I am upgrading teh suspension and am curious how much I should ask for my shocks and springs off my car which only have 300 miles on them?

Also will this setup work on Automatics and Sedans?

Keep them

Keep all your stock parts FOR SURE. Its not worth the few hundred $$$ you MAY get.. if something breaks or something... you'll be in a world of ****
