Do It Your Self Brembo Pad Change ?
Has anyone changed there own pads, infiniti wants to charge 800 bucks to change four pads. how hard is it to change pads, i bought project mulen pads and want to change it myself, is there a do it your self thread for brmbo's?
You do not need a diy because it is so simple! It is self explanatory once you start so you will figure it out. The one thing you need to do though is get the anti noise goop and brush it on the backing plate of the pads.

I did mine a few months ago, really easy. If you change the pads you will need to turn the rotors though (or replace them if they are too far worn to turn them). I completely replaced the front pads and rotors in my driveway, and had a shop turn the rear rotors and throw on the pads for me (charged me $100 for labor). If at all possible, do not open the valves on the calipers - it makes it easier to get the new pads on over the rotors but I had to bleed my lines after opening them. If you keep them closed they will no need to be bled.
Hmmm....

~$200 for pads, $600 for labor divided between 4 wheels = $150 per wheel
Since you are not an experienced mechanic, drop the price, pay yourself $100 per wheel.
