You need to bleed frequently because brake fluid boiling is much more common than oem pad fade after fluid is over a year old from moisture intrusion!

I Just Ordered Project Mu B-force Front Pads For My 03 Sedan From Project Nissan.com-$93.50 And The Stock Rotors From Trademotion.com-$78.39 Each, For The Front. Are There Any More Parts Needed To Be Ordered Before I Take My Car For Installation?like Brake Fluid, Brake Lines, Etc.? What Does Bleeding Mean ? Is That Changing The Brake Fuid, And If So How Much Fluid Does My Car Need?

yes you may have to bleed them(which is a good idea 2years 24000miles anyway)but did you properly bed in the new pads per instructions,if not try this, find a deserted parking lot, back road,or the like and do this,do 6 30mph to 0mph then let brakes cool after each time(put in park get foot of pedal)then 2 50mph to 0mph stops let cool again after each try.that should do it unless you glazed the brake pads.hope this helps.

If you have the Brembo's, bleeding the brakes should be pretty simple. Google bleeding brakes and you should find a pretty easy set of instructions. With the Brembo's you don't even have to remove the wheel. If you don't have a tool to help you bleed the brakes, just get a buddy to help.
