information on doing a spring install myself

hey guys i was wondering if there was any good tech articles or if anyone can give me a little info on doing a spring swap on my G35.

A little background is that it is an 03 Sedan auto, and i am looking at possibly getting the Pro-kit.

Thanks

It's very easy, the back one took me about 20 min each side but the front one will take a little bit longer.

Also before you start, u might wanna go to auto zone and rent a spring compressor, if u don't have one like me.

If you need any help, just pm me and I can give u a walk through.

It's not too hard. Rears are definitely easy. Fronts are a little harder, you may also need to drop your swaybar endlink to get the strut out. Helps if you have beer. Or a friend. Or impact tools. Or all three.

This install how-to is pretty helpful and it lists all the torque values you need:
