It can be done. It would cost more to make, but it can be done.

I wonder why it hasn't been done then. It seems like alot of people would be interested and a lot of companies have the resources and background. I would think a nice titanium one would be great but for some reason no one thinks it will happen even though they make tons of em for the 350z. There has to be more to it than just $$.

Just got back (about 3 hrs. ago) from a magazine test that I did with Eagle 1's car with the STB on it. All I can say is WOW what a difference (even more than I thought) Glad I didn't wast all that time and $ on R&D and making this thing for nothing. Huge improvement.

Damn, thats looking really hot! Someone was going to prototype one for me... but if that doesnt go through, I'm buying it from you! I was worried about how those three arms would flex. They didnt look to solid and thick in the pictures before. But now that I see them installed, clise up... and have a better idea of its size, it looks alot better!

Is the arm at goes towards the bottom secured with a bolt? It looks like it's just sitting on the bottom attachment, or maybe the picture was taken before everything was secured?

wa2good,

Thanks for posting the pic of the mounts. Are those mouting arms solid or hollow? If hollow, how thick are the sidewalls? Thanks again.

They are 90 wall 1/2" chromoly tubing. Plenty strong enough....believe me.

I'm serious. By chance, do you have an answer?

You would be bouncing the whole car.........This brace is very strong and solid, it won't flex.

The G cover has foam paddings and metal sleeves in the screw holes that keep the cover from going any lower. If the sleeves were removed, and the foam pads shaved down, would the strut bar clear it? If so, can it clear it with a spacer? I'm right on the edge, and really wanting to buy it.

No the Z cover had to be cut for clearance in the area where the bar comes across to make it fit. I am sure that the stock G cover (if for some reason you wanted to keep it on) would have to be cut as well. FYI, the G plastic engine cover is known to retain heat, the car would much appreciate it being left off or replaced with a Z one .
