there is one pic in Option Magazine(japanese car magazine). I have the magazine but I don't have scanner...from the picture, it looks like it was made from titanium.

Waaaaaiiit a second. I thought you were telling me it was a one peice strut tower bar that went down below the plenum... towards teh radiator suport. This one goes over the plenum. It most likely rubs the engine cover, and wouldnt fit on any aftermarket plenum or spacer. If this is ARC's bar... BIG thumbs down!

It makes a big improvement in handeling (even bigger than I thought) You can notice it right away on the street, and I just (3 hours ago) got back from Willow Springs where I did a test for a magazine there on Eagle 1's car with the brace on. All I can say is Wow what a difference. A big improvement in front chassis flex.

From all the trial and error on this brace, I can tell you right now that this (ARC) brace will NOT fit a stock hood and will require drilling holes. With an aftermarket hood like that one, it would be alot easier to make one fit....truss me.

I am still trying to figure out what makes you think that a 3 piece unit with hinges has any more (or less) flex than a one piece . I promise there is no difference in torsion rigidity between the two designs (one piece or three) once they are installed and tightened. Just that the three piece ones are ALOT easier to put on and actually work on your motor. (almoost all STB's are in sections, it is a design that works)

Let me know what you wanna do........

The only time a STB will be better than a normal one going across is if it mounted to the center of the firewall under the windshield as well.
