I like my Tein basics, but beware adjusting the ride height is a P-I-T-A. A much cheaper solution would be Tokio shocks with H or S Tech Tein springs (I believe Everything G35 has a deal on a set of those).

^ but, you can't adjust ride height using the Tein S/H Tech w/ Tokico's. the Tokico w/S/H Tech may be better in terms of dampening properties as the Dspec's are adjustable.

my experience.
was that
even on softest the rebound damping was inadequate. The car tended to oscillate very heavily when going through freeway joints. The only way to avoid it was to drive faster or stiffen the damping. But when i did that then any bump in the road could be felt with a very hard jarring and felt like i was bending a wheel. The locking mechanism for the front driverside coilover that locked both the spring perch and the lower shock bracket tended to come loose after a few hundred miles. There were some squeaking issues with the front and clunking as well. I tried to have it resolved but with no avail was not able to correct it. In the end i sold them.

the tein basics ride height adjust is a little wierd.
it is not a dual perch system in the front
so when you are lowering the spring you are losing shock compression stroke which could damage the internals if lowered too much. Choosing a true 2 way adjustable shock would be most benificial. Such as buddy club,Zeal, etc.
