H&R Linear or Progressive?

H&R Linear or Progressive?

I have been searching the forums for the right setup, but i dont find any information regarding the H&R. What are their spring rate? Do anybody know that?

they do not disclose their sprint rate, but they are definitely progressive, i called them personally.
