Dunlop Direzza VS Falken FK451
I was pricing out some Toyo T1-S in 19" and got some great prices on the Dunlop Direzza and the Falken FK451. Anyone have any experience with either of these tires? Some of my concerns are road noise, ride quality, and how well they wear. Likewise, any pro and cons on the Toyo? I was wondering if it was worth the extra $$$ for the Toyo.
Any opinions would be much appreciated.

of the three you listed, the FK451 is my favorite. all are great tires. the quietest one would be the direzza's followed by the falkens, then the toyos. toyo has released the t1r's that have been made to replace the t1s with same great performance, but a lot less quieter than the t1s. treadwear on the fk451's are better than treadwear on the toyos. the dunlops last the longest.

I bought two Dunlop direzza to replace rear michelin pilot last summer and only drove 500 feet before returning to the garage to changed them....
These tire dont have ANY side walls, feels like your riding on a mashmalow (spell check lol)
The reason I drive the g35 coupe is the steering response, I lost it completely with the dunlop. the diference was soooo much from the front michelin pilot that the VDC (stability control) would interfer ON STRAIT ROAD while accelerating in fourth/fifth gear.
I changed them for 2 Toyo T1R, and they matched WAY better with the michelin pilot.
The dunlop direzza may suite you, I would like to try to find a compromise between them and the T1r for my next set because those tire are killing my wallet (I dont drive on track and follow speed limits)
