what a day!

Was installing my Tokico D-specs and the last shock... I over tightened the passenger rear and snapped the bolt off. Is there any where I can send it in to get fixed? Can I at least buy one shock from somewhere? Thanks

That's not supposed to happen. Contact the shop you bought the shocks from. I am sure they will swap your broken shock for a new one under warranty. If they don't, then they suck.

how much torque did you put on that thing? it just needs to be snug
tight.

I just found out that they don't sell the shocks individually. That really sucks! I called Tokico and left a message, but they haven't returned my call yet (2 days already). I'm riding on 3 D-specs and 1 factory with Tein S-techs. Will that mess up my other shocks in the long run? I hand tightened them...Figured a bit more couldn't hurt, but I guess I was wrong

Edsel- call them back during office hours. im sure they will be able to sell you one.

i wouldn't worry about the 3 d-specs prematuring wearing, but your
vehicle dynamics is very biased to the 3. keep the setting soft (5.5turns)
until you get the one replaced.

That same thing happened to me. I was torquing them to the suggested specs, and the next thing I know....SNAP. Luckily, the shop where I bought them sent me a new shock. It just shouldn't happen. I wonder if they had a few that were poorly cast.
