OEM Sports Suspension and Stillen Sways

I would like to know what would be a good setting for my sway bars. I was thinking maybe going with front - med and rear - med. What are you guys' settings on your Stillen sways.

do a search and you should find lots of info on settings. good luck.
I think people are happy with med/med

I had a similar set up to you, Sedan w/ Sports Suspension.

I had my set at med/med when I installed the sways. It improved handling quite a bit.

Because the springs on the 06s are so stiff, I would not recommend going past the medium setting. If you go full stiff, like I have on my 04 with the softer rear springs, your back end is going to get real loose.
