GT Spec Rear Tie Bar

Well, this was about the easiest install I have ever done. Undo two bolts, put the bar on, re-do the bolts. The longest part was jacking up the rear of the car.

What is it? Well, look here to see what this is.

Attached are some pics of it installed on my G, along with some of the rear sway bar. Can't really tell much of a difference driving, but didn't really expect to.

Also, you can see, in the pics, my G up on all four jack stands. Fun times!

Stillen adjustable sways, got the front and rear, just didn't feel like taking the underbody cover off to take pictures of the fronts.

Looks good . . . I had thought about installing the same prior to installing my exhaust and sway bars. I am still considering it. Let us know if you notice a difference over time.

Btw . . . Your HKS set-up looks very sharp.

I can't really feel it, but I am not very good at discerning small differences. I barely even felt the difference with my sway bars, but I know they made a difference.

so there was enough room behind the exhaust to unscrew the oem bolts and put it on?...cuz my tanabe is single muffler and kinda blocks that area where the rtb would go....

i dunno about you but after installing my sways i noticed the difference even just goin around the on ramp. Sways are by for best bang for the buck when it comes to suspension work.

I just dont see how that GT spec bar is doing something noticable on already stiff piece of metal.

Sure, plenty of room with my HKS exhaust. Don't know about any other exhaust.

As for difference, like I said before, I am terrible about telling the difference in before/after in a mod, but I know that stiffening up the structural integrity of the rear end can't hurt, even if I couldn't feel it.
