It all depend on what style, like I said because of the design of VSXX which the face(the mesh) it self is flat and not much curve, you Will need to roll the fender with +19 offset. example +29 VSXX offset will yield me 4 inches of Lip, I'm not sure how many inches your wheel lip is
and base on Volk SF winnings (which is almost the same style of the VSXX) +19 offset will be safe and no need to roll the fender. Also based on the calculation between a +19 SF Winning and +29 VSXX, the VSXX will yield more lip than +19 SF Winning, which really shows that offset and aggressiveness depends on the style of the wheel.

i just spoke to the owner of the above car
he said he had +29 for the front and rear with 1/10" spacers
AND the rear had to be trimmed
guess its a done deal then.
thanks everyone else!

I'm not sure if that +29 is not aggressive enough for you. Oh my bad you got the Brembo, just put a spacer then...

I really don't know how many times I have to say that offset has nothing to do with brake clearance. It's all in the design of the wheel. You'll notice with Volk wheels that they generally have different dish or "pad" types. These are what determines if you'll clear the brakes, not the offset. The dish also changes how much of a "lip" you'll get as well. The same offset in a different dish type might have more or less of a lip, depending on which one you choose.
