Lowest with out Camber Adjustment?

i dont want annoy you guys and start another thread so i will use this one to post my question - will i need a camber correction kit if i was to drop my coupe with TEIN S TECH springs?

How will you fix bump steer [tie rod angle] with just a camber plate?

THe streering rack tie rod arm connects to the wheel hub. At stock ride height this whole assembly is parallel to the ground. When you lower the body the steering rack is lowered by that amount thus there is a undesigned angle.........which changes the bump steer response. [toe in/out response to hitting a bump].
