Ok..so I just went outside and took a tape measure. I have 2.5 inches (63.5mm) from the rotor's to the inside portion of my wheels. Do I have enough clearence for this BBK?

Yes you do, all you need is 1 1/2" so you have it.

Be careful! You have the G35x like mine & 40 off set wheels. You are only
10mm better than my wheels which is 50 offset. It's unlikely it'll fit your car
without a spacer when it requires 1" spacer for my car.

You need to measure the space between Rotor hat to the wheel spokes,
NOT the rotor surface.

Ok....i just measured it from what I think is the rotor hat and it measured 1.6 inches. I also measured from the caliper surface and that measured like 1.1 inches.

The rotor hat, Is that the black piece that is in front of the rotor?

Yes. With 1.6" looks like you might just fit righ in with the 4 piston caliper.
( I don't know if teh 6 piston caliper is any wider?)
You also need at least 3mm extra distane to stay clear the wheel spokes, however, that could easily be done with a 3mm spacer.

Buy the way,
I am just wondering how could your 40 off set have so much more clearance than my 50 off set. I looked up your wheel online,
discount tyre dirtect has it only in 30 offset for 19x8 size.

Could your wheel by any chance 30 offset instead of 40?

The way to tell for sure is to look on the back of your wheel, the offset is stamped on the back of it. It's a pain in the ***, but at least you know for sure.

The rotors on the ArizonaZCar kit is actually thicker than what is speced for the particular caliper. 35mm vs 32mm.

Also can you explain to me what the difference is between a radial mount and a plate type mount? Thanks.

The arizona Z car kit looks like it was thrown together while sitting on the pot. Why remove the rear parking brake and use a more complicated invasive system that has more potential to fail then the factory system? They are cheap b/c they are cheaply made.

Unfortunate to have to respond to those types of comments.
Fact 1: have sold 2500 kits in 24 countries worldwide
Fact 2: No failures out of 10,000 hats and brackets made in last 22 years
Fact 3: same components used in our 300ZX Twin Turbo BBK kits used on many cars with 500+HP
Fact 4: same components used in our 240Z BBK kits used on many cars with
600+HP
Fact 5: Do indeed use Wilwood rotors and calipers
Fact 6: rear rotor is vented 12.2" diam. and .81" thick
Fact 7: have fully equipped CNC shop , produce beautifully sculpted custom products so dont need to buy 1 size fits all generic parts.
Fact 8: kits are easily installed with hand tools and car can be returned completely back to stock
Fact 9: rear BBK $795 for the pair. Front BBK $1069 for the pair with 4-piston calipers $1395 for the pair with 6-piston calipers.
Fact 10: Price and quality cant be beat so others must resort to nasty remarks.

Dave,
You have to have pretty thick skin to survive around here!
I'm still waiting for the parking brake questions to be answered. There seems to be so much confusion about fitment within the wheels. How to measure from the rotor to the inside of the wheel? Do we measure from the outside rotor surface, from the inside of the outermost rotor, from the rotor hat? What is a rotor hat? How does the parking brake work? ARGGGG!!!! I just want to buy a BBK that fits my stock 6 spoke 17 inch OEM wheels! The settlement money is starting to burn my pockets..
When your BBK needs to have the rotors replaced, who do we get them from, only you? How much to replace the rotors? Can they be turned?
