did it look like this? My car is really high up, this pic was taken april 9th and i got them installed march 31st.






Can anyone offer some advice to what could be wrong with them if yours did not look like this a week after you installed them?

 

That does not look right. Check the springs part number.

 

yikes....which eibachs did you have put in?

 

Are they seated corectly in the spring perch/pad?

I had a similar problem when I installed my eibach's in my BMW.

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question....how many miles have you put on the car in the last week?

 

not a lot maybe like 30 miles.

 

do the springs say eibach anywhere on them becuase i bought these from a fellow member here and just wants to make sure they were not the stock springs thrown into an eibach box.

 

Mine say Eibach on them in a few places. My car sat like this after I installed them and was no where near that high.

 

hmm, if they were the stock springs you would have seen they were the same, no? I think they do say Eibach tho in the center, and they are black

 

Try putting some miles on the car....take an hour long drive on the highways or something...30 miles is nothing.

 

well its either one of 3:

1. installed wrong, but I am really ruling this one out because this place has done numerous things for me including 2 sets of coilovers on my is300 and my h-techs before.

2. guy on this forum who sold me them cleaned up some stock spings and put them in the box. The reason why im keeping this as an option is becuase they were all black and cant remeber if they said anything but i couldnt see anything from looking at them on the car, their all black. Also the car rides perfect, no noises, and their about stock height.

3. they were packaged wrong from eibach.
