350z springs on 2005 non-sport suspension question

I have been searching posts and reading everything I can find on using the 350z springs or other suspension to lower my car and cannot find a definitive answer. I have the 2005 sedan with non-sport suspension ( reported spring rates of 283/308) on 17 oem rims/tires and would like to lower about 1inch front and rear when I get new rims/ tires. I will likely get 18-19" rims and tire sizes that will keep the speedo accurate.

All I can find is how to use 350z springs on a coupe or sedan sport suspension. I'd like to lower by the cheapest route, avoid rubbing and too harsh a ride quality. Can I use these springs or do I need an entire suspension package? Which ones are recommended for my G?
Thanks

Oh I'll give you a definate answer. I flat out do not recommend to run oem Z springs with the non sport suspension. I could see G35 Tein H-tech's or Eibach prokit's (the developement car for the sedan pro-kit was a non sport car). Of course the best solution would be to locate a entire oem 04.5+ 350Z suspension (springs and shocks).
