Eibach Pro Kit

Do you need a camber kit if you get this kit with the stock 19" wheels??? Also, would I need to get a camber kit if i got 20's down the road or would it be the same senario for the stock wheels? I wnat the tire life to still last long. Thanks David

I'm having the pro kit installed on mon. and my performance shop said I didn't need a camber kit? That would be more money for them if I did need it. Now I'm confused.... someone please explain. By the way I have 19" axis hiro's

Good luck I'vs been trying to find that out for months, best trhing is to try doing without and see how the wear is on the tires.

When I had my eibachs installed they said I shouldnt need a camber kit either. When I went to have it aligned they said no camber adjustment on infiniti g35 so they cant get it into specs. 6 month later my tires were bald on the insides.

Would you mind telling me how much the camber kit costs and how much to install? Also is it a difficult job that a performance shop has to do or can I have say, Firestone do it?

^ there's many varieties to choose from. the install itself is very easy
and self explanatory. but you must get an alignment after you install
it....so having firestone do it might be a good thing, since most of their
shops have alignment racks.

You do not "NEED" a kit to install the springs but your tires will wear out on the inside faster. I have always kept some negative camber on my cars due to my driving style but I do go through tires quickly. I am going to get a kit for the rears because 275/30's are not cheap and I would like to have better traction for launches.

All in all they are a good idea but depending on what tires you run ($ vs $$$) they may not be worth all the money if you use less expensive tires it would take a while to make up for the cost. I would expect the F&R kits with install and alignment to be somewhere between $900-1,000...
