Smile New Red calipers with Maya RT-5. PICS!

Finally have a chance to post pics of my Saterday project from last weekend. I used the G2 brake caliper paint system and the results I'm very pleased with. The pics don't do justice, they are very bright in person and with how open the spaces are with my 20" Maya RT-5's...the calipers stand out really well.

I was originally just goin to do the front, but as you can see I ended up doin the rears, and am REALLY glad I did! The Ivory pearl with the red brake lights that kinda wrap around the rear of the car is the same red and the calipers..

The blue tape in the pictures is just masking tape so no paint accidentally went on the rotors or other important parts.

like it or not?..Let me know what ya think.

Looks great! If you get the chance take some pix when there is more light so we can see the brakes better (whole car shots).

Those look really clean. Did you spray or brush it on? Masking off the caliper and spraying it makes me really nervous...

Thanks guys/girls......and to asnwer your question...yes they were painted with a brush that came in the caliper kit, NOT spray painted.
Coming up on a a week now and still they look really glossy and the paint quality is great!!! (course maby thats cuase I did like 8 coats..lol)

I'll get more pics up with better light if the ocian marine layer ever leaves this week so the sun can pop out
