when i set up benz's with single pay leases, i tell them its stupid to do 12 months also. never lease more than 36 which means 39 too. after that the residual sucks a$$ because the dealer doesnt see you until forever. i say lease everything...but not 12 months...27 at min. that residual is actually the best! never get year end even though the cost might be less, its still terrible program. and it agerages out. if you hated 199 doc charge you would flip out....ours is $599!!!! and people pay it when they come into my office!!!!

12-Month Lease

Just got this deal yesterday at Atlantic Infiniti
06 Coupe, Premium, Navi, 6MT, sport, etc...

$2000 down
360/month
12K miles a year

Do you think this is a good deal?

Also do you know if you can extend this year lease to 18 months?

Thank you in advance!

yes that is with tax and I live in New York.

I am also just coming off an 03 Sedan 39 month lease. Can't wait for the coupe!!!

The dealer said I would have the option at the end of the 12 months to extend the lease another 6 months. Does anyone know if this is true?

Is the $2000 total drive-off or just the down payment to reduce cap cost? What was the original selling price? MSRP? I've been quoted a $366/mo for same lease for auto, Premium/tire&wheel/xm...nothing down...just drive off of $1333...Selling price of $34,550 ($300 below invoice), MSRP of $38,140.....

yes the salesman was Phil from Atlantic Infiniti.

When do you pay these fees like adim etc.. because I was not made aware of any additional fees. I told how much I need to bring on delivery and that was it. Do they hit you with these charges when you take delivery?

no comment from me personally but from customers yes it has happened right at delivery -- at that point you're on the spot so people will just pay it

Can you give us a breakdown of the deal? Cap cost? total drive off? MSRP? I will be doing a deal this weekend and want to find out what kind of numbers I'm looking at. As far as fees go, it should only be $550 Acq fee, reg/title, first month, and doc fee ($45)...so around $1300 total with no down payment...Those are the numbers one dealer quoted me using a selling price of $300 below invoice.

basically selling the car at invoice those numbers of $360 seem to be unreal in my opinion.
