Differences between 03 coupe and 05 coupe
Im just wondering if there are any differences between the 03 coupe and the 05 coupe? I know that the consoles are a little different but other than that is there anything else? I know the sedans are different but not sure about the coupes. Thinking of going with the 2 door and getting rid of my 4 door. Thanks guys.

I have an 05 and my co-worker has an 04 (same as 03 i guess) - the 05's do not have brembos but do have in-dash mp3 player (by cd-r). The console I think looks better in that it looks a little cleaner (sleeker). Also the 05s and 06 have the 19 inch sports suspension while the 03's have performance wheels (18's). The aluminum trim on the 04s and 03s are PAINTED on while I think the 05s have actual aluminum trim (my co-workers door handle aluminum paint is chipping off and looks pretty bad for such an otherwise nice car). Also the 03's and 04's also have cassette and cd players while the 05s and 06s have only the cd/mp3 capability.
non-revup(03-04-brembo brakes, more torque, less hp) v. revup engines (05,06-bigger wheels, no brembos, but higher redline and upgraded ecu/cams and other engine parts, more hp, less torque) for 6 speeds

There are a lot of differences in the drive of the 03 vs the 05. If you go with the manual tranny, the 05+ have a little bit longer throws and less vibrations in the shift ****, but the shifting effort is so much easier. The clutch travel is shorter and more natural and the clutch petal feels extremely light compared to the 03.
The 19" wheels and sport suspension feel a lot different compared to the 03's suspension and 18" wheels. The 03 rides a lot harder - takes the bumps harder and overall makes you feel the road more. 05+ has softer suspension and the 19" wheels help counter the associated body roll with that, but I feel like the 03 stayed flatter during turns, while 05+ is more predictable and easier to drive faster. The 05+ suspension takes bumps much more comfortably and rides much softer in general...I have a much easier time with potholes in Manhattan now.
I think there are a lot more changes for the 05 vs the 03 and I can speak very critically for 06 vs 03, but I am hesitant to say which changes apply to 05. 05+ models are better with when it comes to quality and living with the car on a daily basis....even a faster sports car but you lose some of the "driving feel."
