yea, the "whole package" is total protectioin for everything. and i am not sure about bumper, but it say it cover all vertical dent that occurs...so like hailing or a dent on your hood doesnt cover. and no it don't protect against paint chip or scratches...just ding and dent no bigger than 4 inches in length; unlimted for 5 years. i will ask me dealer about that bumper when i take my car in for tinting.

Congrats on the car... looks great!

Leave that 3rd brake light there, just disconnect the wiring... that way you dont have a big hole in the rear package tray.

polyshield is a great package -- they send you free chamois, wax, interior cleaner all for 3 years or a 5 year protection guarantee

other good package worth getting is a wheel and tire protection warranty for around $699 covers any wheels or tires damaged from potholes -- well worth it especially in NYC

hi da mayor,

thanks for the tip but they didnt offer that polyshield plan for me. so with that plan, the dealer just send you cleaning supplies? wouldnt it be better to just go buy your "prefer" brand supplies?

not they also apply 3 coats of the special wax onto your car prior to your delivery of the new Infiniti. polyshield then sends you the protection package also with the dent and ding protection guidelines

Hi and thanks...but my monthly payment isn't pretty
My payment was $600/mo but its now at $700/mo for all those added-on protection plans...I thought it was worth it since I've been wanting a G35 for so long...an extra 100 added on isn't so bad....for peace of mind.

and its not like money isn't an issue but the way i figured it out is that if you want it bad enough...you will find a way, right? Plus I recently had a bad accident...a total loss on my RSX-S. So I have a little cushion to help me out with my new car
