Over Mileage Consequence on Lease

Hi guys,
I recently jumped the gun at got into a new FX on the 12 month special. I'm waiting for the first of the next gen G35c.

Anyways, it looks like I may be going over on my mileage a little.
What choices/ramifications do I have on this? It wont be over enough to justify buying the car/reselling.
If I trade it back in and get into another new Infiniti, will they dock me for the miles still?
Thanks!

Did you read your lease and see what they charge for every mile over your allowed mileage? Its usually 0.20+/mile over so 1000 miles over = $200

20 cents a mile will definitely add up. i had a customer just pay $4100 b/c he went 22,000 miles over his lease.

either way the only way they will help you with getting out of your FX is if a dealership will buy out your FX which is highly unlikely

be very confident about this...when u give the car back even though u may be like 3K over....as long as you get a car from them again there won't be a problem...I have customers bring in cars that are most often over...dealers don't usually care of u get a car from them again

The dealer might not care but the bank will you're leasing the car from them not the dealership and the more miles over the less they can sell the car for...banks dont like taking the hit.

Nothing... they might thank you for driving their car less than you said you would.

the bank (IFS) owns the car... not the dealership. if you're under the miles there's no reimbursement on it
