Actually you should shoot for 2.5k below invoice, consider 07 is on the lot already, you probably could get 06 coupe for 1k below invoice with no miles(few miles like 5~8), and factor in it was a demo...if in fact its a demo and not a loaner...The invoice on that is 35844.

 

4779 miles is a used car man...

Do not pay 37k before sales tax for that. I paid 37.5k before sales tax for my 2005 coupe 6mt loaded with navi with 12 miles on it from Nielo in Concord, CA.
