I mentioned the same dealer because there were other posts saying overage miles won't count against you if you do your trade at the same dealer. As you pointed out, it's very hard to get more than wholesale from a dealer so any break that guy is getting is probably paid for by the low amount he got for the trade in.

I dont know how else I can put this thing, there was NO termination fee! be cause I didnt just retrun it, I sold it fisrt which it paid the payoff amount, and if I had financed I would've have much higher monthly payment...again there was no termination fee, termination fee only apply when you retrun the car without first satisfying your payoff amount.

Dearship isnt the one who decided wether to charge over mileage or not for that case? they arent the one who deciding to charge the termantion fee or not either, its the leasing company, if you trade/sell it early? there is no over mileage charge from the leasing company, but you will receive lower offer if the mileage is higer than usual.

All I got form that post was inflexbilty of the lease.

So I buy instead of lease and sell the car exactly when I want to sell it, on my terms and with the exact number of miles I wanted to drive.
