First of all I'm new here but I've been reading the forum everyday for the past 3 months or so.

On to my problem. I have a truck now that I want to sell because the miles are right for selling and it is impractical for my drive to work everyday. Once I sell the truck and put down some cash I will have about 20K to put down on a 07 G. I don't really want to take out more than a 11-12k loan and I don't want to buy a brand new one either.

First question, when do yall think the 07 G sedans will start popping up for sale used?

Second question for 07 owners: would you have any hesitations about driving your G 80 miles a day on the interstate for work? I'm mainly talking about the high miles it would put on it and the rock chips too.

 

It might be a while. Your best shot at getting a deal SOON is to find a dealer w/ 06's still on the lot (there are a few out there.) They will sell them damn cheap if you can find em. Cheaper, most likely, than you could get a used 07 for this calendar year - assuming you could find one.

 

yeh my only problem is i dont really want an 06 at all. Maybe I could get a 07 that was a demo/test drive car at invoice and just take out a little bit bigger loan than I want to.

 

You probably could get a brand new ones very close to invoice now, there is a long thread in the Sedan forum regarding the pricing.

I just did a quick look at autotrader, there are basically none used for sale, if they did? I would be bit worried about it since its only been out for 4~5 months, might need wait till end of summer to see some used for sale.
