What should I expect for $20,000?
What should I expect for $20,000?
So I'm sadly going to have to say good bye to my first car (01' Firebird). And I'm really liking the mature/aggressive look of the G35 Coupes. My price range is $20,000.
I have a couple months, so I can wait for a good deal. Problem is, I don't want a good deal to pass me up without even know it is one.
The car must be:
1) Ivory Pearl
2) Manual
...What kind of mileage/condition should I be expecting for $20k?

20K I'd say you'd be looking at no less than 49k and you would def. want to purchase an en extended warranty to be on the safe side. For a few more bucks you could get you a nice 05 for about 26k and way less miles.
I'm in the same boat, except my budget is around $22,000. Not alot out there for this price range, most of the cars I found had at least 60,000 miles and worn out interiors. However, just keep searching and you might come across the right deal. I'm about 90% sure I found the right car, a 03 6 speed MT with navigation for $23,000 out the door. Only 35k miles and it's a single owner. So just keep searching!
I wish I could go more, but really 20k is the most I can do (guess I'm poor relative to people on this forum lol).
CARMA: That's a steal! Although I'm fairly new to these cars, I know that's a good find.
I've been to a couple dealerships where they were asking around 21.9k, which they would probably drop to 20k, but there were just too many things that weren't my 'first choice'. Like they were black and automatic. And I want white and manual.
I mean, I can probably give on the manual if I find an IP that's a good deal. But I can't give on two things like that.
Am I being too picky? I'm curious to how long some of you had to wait for your 'perfect' coupe?
