I'm trying to justify trading in my 01 325i which costs about $1500/yr to maintain assuming nothing truly bad happens (which doesn't really until my steptronic goes around 100k)

Pretty standard with most of the loaded options. It seems like your getting a pretty decent offer for what she has. Make sure you run the carfax, though, just to cover you a$$.

 

I have a 03 coupe for sale with absoultly everything including navi and oem lip kit for 22K

 

The bumper to bumper warranty is upto 60k, and powertain warranty is 6 yrs/70k.
