I need to make my first "invoiced" lease payment to IFS on the 29th.
I have yet to receive a bill noting my account number, etc.

Did it take this long for others to be invoiced?

I completed purchase March 30th

 

Similar situation happened when i bought my lexus, just call Infiniti financial service, they will let you make that payment over the phone without chargeing you any fees.

I had the same thing happen to me. They had the wrong address but the payment was due anyways.

You can pay over the phone or do it online. Make sure they have the right info. In PA you get extra 10 days without being late, not sure what you get in IL.

same thing happened to me too. another error they had was the incorrect SSN on file so I had a hard time locating my account as well

 

worse case scenario.. put your vin # on the check.. they should have that info

 

Finally got my bill today.
Still no comment card survey.

 

Same issue here. They made a mistake on my SSN. now there is two accounts under my name however, I did received my statement within 2 weeks though and even my license plate came in already.

 

I have gotten 2 notices of payment due. Got the questionaire within 1 week and got a thank you card from the dealer the same day. The dealer card piszed me off, it listed the wrong salesman. It listed a guy we talked to 23 years ago and walked out on because he was a punk. I called my sales guy to be sure he did get credit for the sale because he earned it.

 

I have yet to get plates. I called dealer last week, and they said nothing had come in. Will call again on Friday.
