well ive always been a good negotitator and have negotiated an 07 G35 coupe manual w/ sunroof down to 32k OTD, so if u backtrack the #'s 32-2k tax-600dealer fee-400 tags/title... comes to like 29k+TTT. isnt a bad deal the car has 8 miles on it.

would you take the above deal now, or wait till the G37 comes in august and with the demand i bet i could only nego maybe 4k off msrp...

i just thinking now even tho im going to keep the g35 for at least 2-3 years i might be betting on the losing horse considering resale will plummit maybe after g37 launch

lemme know what u think

Thats a really good deal, my friend bought a used one with 30k miles, 6pd, brembo, aero, for like 28k + TTT. Even if resell drops on it, I doubt it will be catastrophic enough to the point where you will lose a whole lot of money if you resell

I doubt you will be able to negotiate 4k off MSRP on the new G37. When the original coupe came out, most people paid MSRP for a long time. Even the VPP price was only about 3k off MSRP. In the NY area, dealers weren't taking money off 6mt coupes for a year and a half.

I'm not sure I understand your logic on getting $4k off msrp for a brand new redesigned G37 model. Are you saying you should wait until August and get $4k off a '07 G35 instead because there's no way you're getting $4k off a G37 unless it's in late '08 if you're lucky.

I agree with what others are saying here.... u got such a good deal on the 07 is because the 08G37 is just around the corner.... and considering how eagerly people are waiting for it .... it might be tough to get a good deal insipte of you being the best negotiator...

i would frankly just wait for the 08 g37 if i was in your position the new car is far more 'worth it' than the deal on an outgoing model.
